Descriptions of my projects are also available.
I am currently a Ph.D. student in the Learning
Sciences and
Technology Design program at Stanford
University's
School of Education. My advisor
is Roy Pea. I also work with
Stanford's HCI program and dschool.
My interests are in social technologies for use in education and
learning, especially in developing countries.
Before Stanford, I was an Associate Researcher with Microsoft Research
Asia's Center for Interaction Design in Beijing, China. Before that, I
got my Masters in Human-Computer Interaction at Carnegie Mellon
University. Before that, I studied Computer Science and HCI at the
University of Maryland at College Park.
